Returns & Exchange Policy

We sincerely apologize that our product did not meet your expectations. At Perfumes' Origin, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction, and this form is designed to facilitate a smooth exchange or return process.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Our return policy follows the Sunnah, allowing returns for any perfume that you are unsatisfied with.
• Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Perfumes must have at least 95% of the product remaining in the bottle.
• Returns and exchanges apply only to 50ML perfume bottles.
• 5ML Spray testers are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Processing time for return requests is 5-6 working days.
• This policy is applicable only to online purchases.

Conditions & Charges

If any of the following components are missing or damaged beyond their original condition, a small fee may apply:

• Cellophane – Rs. 20
• Box – Rs. 180
• Tester – Rs. 30
• Perfume Usage (up to 10%) – 10% off the MRP

Note: If more than 10% of the perfume has been used, the return request will not be eligible for processing.
